Department of Social Studies Education started education in 2007-2008 academic year. The faculty staff consists of 4 associate professors, 1 teaching assistants and 1 research assistant. The aim of the department is to train prospective teachers in order to teach related courses of the Ministry of National Education and secondary schools of private colleges. The Department of Turkish Education was established in 2008-2009 academic year. The teaching staff consists of 1 associate professor, 4 assistant professor and 2 research assistants.
